As a Firm McLeish Carswell has roots which stretch back over 100 years. In 1994 McLeish Thomson & Co merged with Carswell, Kerr, Mackay & Boyd and the Firm as it now exists emerged as being the traditional Family Firm for a large number of our clients who respect our values and sound commercial advice.
Our highly trained property management team have over twenty years experience in the property market. We offer a full range of property related services and aim to provide our clients with a comprehensive buying and selling service.
For purchasers we offer a vast selection of properties in-house and can assist in the selection process by offering a computerized property matching service. We can help clients find the right property within budget and negotiate the best deal for you.
For sellers we offer free advice on current and local marketing. We can advise on likely sale prices by accessing not only our own database but also that of the GSPC and the Land Registers of Scotland.
